With EQUIS Integrations, selected parties can exchange real-time data with the EQUIS platform to achieve simplification or to work more efficiently. Examples of this are: simplifying studbook processes or improving the level of service.
Special software has been developed for stallion owners for efficient digital stud administration. Digital registration of coverings, production of covering slips, invoicing and a planning system are concise descriptions of the possibilities. Stallion, mare and mare owner data are automatically exchanged with EQUIS Backoffice, saving both the studbook and the stallion owner a lot of time and work. The costs for using this software are charged per unique coverage. Stallion owners can also use a handy app to request and register studbook data and coverings on the spot.
All equidae in the European Union can be identified by their passport. Passports are issued by mandated organizations and these organizations ensure that the data is included in a central government database. EQUIS meets this need by producing passports and ensuring that the identification data is entered into the central database. For national applications, EQUIS can also include a central database with a reporting portal for veterinarians and slaughterhouses.
